Portal guide
A short guide to signing in, uploading your documents, and getting help if something doesn't work.
Go to the client portal and enter the email address the firm has on file, then your password. First-time users receive an activation email — follow that link to set a password before signing in.
After signing in you'll land in your personal folder. Everything the firm shares with you — organizers, draft returns, and completed copies — lives there, organized by tax year.
Open your folder, choose Upload, then drag in your files or browse to them. PDFs, photos of paper documents, and spreadsheets all work. You'll see each file listed once the upload finishes.
Click any file to preview it in your browser, or use Download to save a copy. Returns posted for review stay available in the portal, so you can retrieve prior-year copies any time.
If a document needs a signature, you'll get an email with a signing link. Open it, review the document, and apply your electronic signature — no printing or scanning needed.
Use the "Forgot your password" link on the sign-in page to reset it yourself. If the reset email doesn't arrive or your account is locked, call the firm and we'll get you back in.
